Can I amend my order?

Our team strives to work efficiently to pick and pack your items in a timely manner. However, due to the fast-paced nature of our process, we regret to inform you that once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. This includes requests to swap products or change payment methods.

Product Questions
Why is my refrigerator not cooling?

There are multiple factors that can contribute to a refrigerator not cooling properly. These include dirty condenser coils, inadequate ventilation, improper installation, faulty or dirty gasket seals, disorganized food storage, the location of the appliance, and malfunctioning internal components.

It is recommended to clean refrigerator coils at least every six months to ensure optimal performance.

Why did my dough sheeter stopped working?

After you're done using them for the day, it is recommended to clean the rolls with a dry cloth to remove any dough particles. This will help prevent flour and dough from accumulating in the rolls.

It's really important to take some time to read the care instructions of your newly purchased equipment. By doing so, you'll be able to use it to its fullest potential.

Why is my range emitting a yellow flame?

There are several potential causes for your range emitting a yellow flame. These issues can include improper installation, a faulty gas regulator or gas system, and insufficient gas pressure. It is advisable to contact a licensed gas fitter to identify the source of the problem and provide the necessary repairs.

Why is my meat grinder not grinding properly?

When will I receive my order?

Our usual shipping time is 3-6 business days. Don't forget to always check your tracking link in the Shipment Confirmation email for any updates. Sometimes, though, deliveries might take a bit longer because we're taking extra safety precautions in our fulfillment center. This could be due to safety measures at our fulfillment center or delays from the carrier. Hang tight, we're doing our best!

Do keep in mind that the cost of priority shipping is determined by the dimensions and weight of your shipment. No worries though, as the calculation will be done for you at checkout.

Do you offer Priority Shipping?

Just make sure to place your order before 1pm, and we'll have it at your doorstep in 1-2 business days. And don't worry about the shipping cost - we'll calculate it based on the dimensions and weight of your shipment when you check out. 

Can you deliver the equipment and help me with installation?

We've got your back when it comes to inside delivery services all around Vancouver Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley in beautiful British Columbia. No worries, we've got the right team for the job!

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order confirmation email is received, you can expect to receive a shipping confirmation email within approximately one to two days. This email will contain a link that allows you to conveniently track your package. Simply follow the link included in the email to view your tracking details.

Alternatively, you can also access your tracking updates by logging into your account area on the Brittania Food Equipment website.
