1 . Clean the knife holder, attach the Pacotizing-- wings and splash guard, fill the Pacotizing-- cup to the maximum fill line with warm water at 40-58 °C and add the Pacojet cleaning tab, attach the Pacotizing-- cup and protective cup, start the cleaning process.
 
 
 
 

 
 

 
 

2. Rinse with clear water.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The 2-stage cleaning process is display-guided on the Pacojet 4 and on the latest generation, the Pacojet 2 PLUS. With older Pacojet models, you can stop cleaning after two cleaning cycles have been completed.
