The BakeMax BMCCD01 Countertop Continuous Dough Divider divides dough fast and efficiently. Comes with a 33lb dough hopper and power outfeed belt. This unit is great for pizza, bread, and other types of dough. This unit has a production output of 500-2000 pieces per hour, depending on the operator. Constructed Completely of 304 Stainless-Steel
Automatically divides up to 33lbs. of dough into 30-350g Dough Portions (1.058oz – 12.35oz)
Safety Switches on Top & Side Door to shut off power to the machine when either door is opened
The conveyor belt can feed into the BakeMax BMDBR01, BMDBR02 or BMDBR03 Dough Ball Rounders
Can be used in conjunction with BMDBR01, BMDBR02 or BMDBR03 Dough Ball Rounders
Includes 4 scaling cones, offering a dividing range of 30g – 350g (1.058oz – 12.35oz)
