The Atosa ACEF-16 Electric Countertop Fryer combines a 16-pound oil capacity with a compact stainless steel design for commercial kitchens. It features one heating element and one removable fry basket with an insulated, cool-to-touch handle. A built-in basket hook provides a convenient resting position for the basket.
The adjustable thermostat offers a temperature range of 70°F to 375°F. A high-temperature limit control with manual reset provides overheating protection, while the removable control box and swing-up heating element simplify access for cleaning.
The ACEF-16 operates on 208–240V, 60Hz, single-phase power, with a rated output of 2.9–3.8 kW. An attached power cord and NEMA 6-20P plug are included.
