The Omcan liquid propane wok range with 16" ring is ideal for preparing Asian delicacies such Stir Fried Chicken Lo Mein, variety of noodles, fried rice, sautéed vegetables, shrimp fries, sweet and sour pork, etc. It is a wonderful addition to your buffet, Asian restaurant, or catering establishment, as it is compact in space and delivers a pack-load of performance with 125,000 BTUs of cooking power.
This unit's 13" stainless steel wok attachment makes stir frying quick and easy and is designed to accommodate the largest woks. It's stainless steel construction makes it ideal for use in a commercial establishment where it can withstand the rigours of everyday cooking. The unit is easy to clean and maintain. It has a conveniently accessible drip pan to collect excess and spilt oil.
