This 3/4 horsepower meat tenderizer is a strong ally for your meat processing needs.


The KT-8 has the ability to uniformly tenderize up to 40 lb of boneless protein per minute. This unit features a motor protector that extends the life of the equipment, and a safety proximity switch that automatically powers off the motor if the cover is open.


The KT-8 is designed for restaurants and supermarkets that need to tenderize semi-frozen*, boneless pork and beef quickly with minimal operator interaction.
